OUR FOOD SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE MORE CIRCULAR

Food waste in landfills is the third-largest contributor of greenhouse gasses in the world. On average, we waste 1 lb. of food per person per day. All this food waste is organic material that could be used to rejuvenate our dwindling topsoil, be used to grow more food or, it could be used to fertilize your lawn. There are so many better uses for your food scraps then creating methane in landfills. This project is based around redirecting that material and putting it to good use.

Changing The Way We Commute

Commuting by car is an easy out to many of our problems, but the traffic is getting ridiculous. There is a simple solution a handful of brave people have embraced. Biking to work. This elegant solution is seen as the worst choice; I blame the equipment.

YOGA

A SCAD-PRO and Char-Broil Project

One of the key needs from Char-Broil’s team was in understanding who Gen Z is and where will their intrestes be focused in 2029.  Gen Z are Urbanized social creatures that live and socialize in the conflined space of our cities. They want the ability to go where the mood takes them. The inspiration for this grill came from a classic yoga mat, its shape lends itself well to ultra portability.
This grill is the perfect on-the-go cooking tool.
